Your policy declarations page
It shows your deductible, whether that's a flat figure or a percentage, and any cosmetic damage or roof payment schedule endorsement. Bring it and we'll read it with you.
The date of the storm
Roughly when it hit and how long it lasted. Your carrier will ask for a date of loss, and a claim tied to the wrong storm is harder to pay.
Any photos you've taken
Hail next to a coin or a tape measure, dents in the gutters, stains on a ceiling. Take them from the ground. Don't climb onto a wet roof to get them.
Your HOA's approved list
If your community has an approved colour and material palette, send it with your request and we'll quote to it from the start.
